Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING ANODE AND ANODE PRODUCED THEREFROM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/182361
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing a lithium secondary battery, comprising: (S1) preparing a preliminary anode by coating an anode slurry containing an anode active material, a conductive material, a binder, and a solvent on at least one surface of a current collector, drying and rolling same to form an anode active material layer; (S2) coating a lithium metal foil on the surface of the anode active material layer of the preliminary anode in the form of a pattern in which a pattern unit is arranged; (S3) punching the preliminary anode in which the lithium metal foil is pattern-coated to obtain an anode unit; (S4) impregnating the anode unit with an electrolyte to produce a pre-lithiated anode; and (S5) assembling the anode produced in step (S4) together with a cathode and a separator, wherein in step (S4), the pattern unit is positioned at a central portion of each anode unit, and at the same time, the pattern unit is punched to a size occupying an area of 10% to less than 100% of the surface of the anode unit.
