Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING ANTIBODY AGAINST TARGET ANTIGEN
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/152417
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method or the like with which it is possible to efficiently produce an antibody against a target antigen. The present invention is a method for producing an antibody against a target antigen, said method being characterized by comprising: recovering an antibody against a target antigen from a biological sample derived from a non-human animal after transplanting and engrafting, to the non-human animal, a transformed cell capable of expressing a protein that fuses said antigen and a protein domain capable of inducing an apoptosis signal due to mutual close proximity.
