Abstract:
A method for producing an artificial material for freezing performance testing, which method comprises: weighing water-soluble adhesive particles or powders with a predetermined mass; adding cold water at a predetermined proportion to the water-soluble adhesive at room temperature so as to form a solution; adding the powders of different auxiliary materials to the solution and fully stirring same to form a system mixture; and pouring the system mixture into a mold, and leaving same to stand for a third predetermined period of time so as to mold same into an artificial material for freezing performance testing. By means of providing a standardized artificial material with a uniform composition and stable performances, the technical problems of poor repeatability and poor reproducibility in a freezing testing process of a refrigerator can be effectively solved.
