Abstract:
This method for producing ashless coal includes: an extraction step of heating a mixed slurry; a solid-liquid separation step of separating the slurry after the extraction step into solids concentrate and supernatant liquid; an ashless coal acquisition step of removing a solvent from the supernatant liquid by thin film distillation; and a solvent recovery step of separating the solvent from the solids concentrate by vapor separation. Solid contents in the supernatant liquid have an average particle size of 20 μm or less.
