Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing bio-oil using a torrefaction and fast pyrolysis process, the method comprising the steps of: (a) feeding a raw material to be processed into a torrefaction apparatus to torrefy the material; (b) pulverizing the torrefied material in a sample pulverizer; (c) performing fast pyrolysis of the pulverized and torrefied material in a circulating fluidized bed reactor; and (d) condensing gas obtained by the fast pyrolysis to obtain bio-oil, whereby the finally produced bio-oil has a low moisture content and a high calorific value.
