Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing a blocked isocyanate compound, the method comprising a reaction step of reacting a primary amine compound, a carbonic acid derivative, and a blocking agent by means of heat treatment in the presence of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a secondary amine compound represented by general formula (I) and a tertiary amine compound represented by general formula (II) to obtain a blocked isocyanate compound. Also provided is a method for producing an isocyanate compound, the method comprising a reaction step of decomposing a blocked isocyanate compound into a blocking agent and an isocyanate compound by means of heat treatment in the presence of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a secondary amine compound represented by general formula (I) and a tertiary amine compound represented by general formula (II) to obtain the isocyanate compound.
