Abstract:
A water-cooled heat sink with an integrated structure, having inside a precise, freely formed flow path produced without using a technique for bonding metal sheets together. The water-cooled heat sink (1) has outside a formed body (2). In the formed body (2) is formed a flow path (3) in which liquid flows. An inlet (5) and an outlet (4) for liquid that communicate with the flow path (3) are formed in the formed body (2). The entire formed body (2) of the heat sink (1) is integrally formed by thick coating layers applied by plating by electroforming to eliminate bonded sections.
