Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing cabbage kimchi by spreading seasoning on pickled cabbage and layering the cabbage, and then rolling the cabbage like kimbap to be stored and fermented so that the kimchi can be cut like kimbap and eaten. The kimchi can be eaten with added liquid sauce, has an added sour flavor, and is crunchy when chewed.
