Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing cane ice cream, comprising the steps of: preparing a food container for soft ice cream having a narrow and long curved shape; charging an injection tube of a soft ice cream machine into an inlet port of the food container for the ice cream; filling the inside of the food container for the ice cream with the soft ice cream at a rate of 3-10cm/sec; and stopping the filling of the soft ice cream by checking with the eyes a discharge port of the food container for the ice cream to see that the food container for the ice cream is adequately filled, and removing the injection tube of the soft ice cream machine to produce the cane ice cream, thereby providing the advantage of easily making soft ice cream having good texture into a variety of shapes.
