Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING CARBON MATERIAL DISPERSED LIQUID
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/058313
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for producing a carbon material dispersed liquid, the method being capable of easily producing a dispersion liquid which has excellent viscosity stability, and in which a carbon material containing carbon nanotubes is dispersed well substantially without forming coarse aggregates. The present invention provides a method for producing a carbon material dispersed liquid, the method comprising: a step (1) for obtaining a wet mixed liquid by stirring a starting material that contains a dispersant, a liquid medium, and a carbon material containing carbon nanotubes; and a step (2) for subjecting the wet mixed liquid to a dispersion treatment using a high-pressure homogenizer. With respect to this method for producing a carbon material dispersed liquid, the high-pressure homogenizer is at least one of a high-pressure homogenizer (A1) wherein pressure jetted wet mixed liquids are caused to collide with each other so as to be atomized, and a high-pressure homogenizer (A2) wherein a pressurized wet mixed liquid is introduced into a collision chamber so as to be atomized; and a two-stage dispersion treatment, wherein the inner diameter of an ejection nozzle and the treatment pressure are changed, is carried out.
