Abstract:
The present disclosure includes a method for producing a cell mass containing immunocytes each capable of expressing a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR), the method comprising co-culturing a CAR-expressing immunocyte having, introduced thereto, a gene for the CAR and a target-antigen-expressing cell having, introduced thereto, a gene for a target antigen of the CAR.
