Abstract:
A method for producing a cell structure, which comprises a step for obtaining an assembly of an anode and a solid electrolyte layer by firing a laminate of a layer containing an anode material and a layer containing a solid electrolyte material and a step for obtaining a cathode by laminating a layer containing a cathode material on the surface of the solid electrolyte layer and firing the thus-obtained laminate, and wherein the anode material contains a nickel compound and a metal oxide Ma1 that has a perovskite structure represented by A1x1B11-y1M1y1O3-δ (wherein A1 represents at least one element selected from among Ba, Ca and Sr; B1 represents at least one of Ce and Zr; M1 represents at least one element selected from among Y, Yb, Er, Ho, Tm, Gd, In and Sc; 0.85 ≤ x1 ≤ 0.99; 0 < y1 ≤ 0.5; and δ represents the amount of oxygen deficiency).
