Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing a cellulose nanofiber dispersion which is appropriately usable in producing composite materials with polymer materials that are soluble in organic solvents over a wide range. The method for producing a cellulose nanofiber dispersion is characterized in that, for dispersing a cellulose nanofiber, which has a carboxylate-form group, in a medium containing an organic solvent, a conversion step, whereby said group in the cellulose nanofiber is converted from the carboxylate-form into a carboxylic acid-form, is conducted depending on the kind of said organic solvent.
