Disclosed are: a method for producing a ceramic laminate, which is capable of suppressing fall-off of a material and warping by a heat treatment that is carried out at relatively low temperatures; and a ceramic laminate which is produced by the production method. Specifically disclosed is a method for producing a ceramic laminate in which two or more layer structures are laminated. The method for producing a ceramic laminate is characterized by comprising: a step for producing a laminate which comprises a first layer that contains a solid electrolyte and a second layer that contains at least composite particles that are obtained by covering an electrode active material with the solid electrolyte; and a step for subjecting the laminate, which comprises the first layer and the second layer, to a heat treatment that is carried out at a temperature of 500˚ or more but less than 700˚C.
