METHOD FOR PRODUCING CHEMICAL PRODUCT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/068768
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The method for producing a chemical product of the present invention is a method for producing a chemical product from soybeans and/or processed soybeans, the method being characterized in including: a step (1) for mixing soybeans and/or processed soybeans with a water-containing polar organic solvent, then subjecting the resulting precipitate to solid-liquid separation and obtaining a sugar solution containing a polar organic solvent; a step (2) for removing the polar organic solvent from the resulting sugar solution and obtaining a sugar suspension; a step (3) for adding both cellulase and microorganisms having the ability to produce the chemical product, or adding microorganisms having the ability to produce cellulase and to produce the chemical product, to the sugar suspension and obtaining a fermentation liquid containing the chemical product; and a step (4) for subjecting the fermentation liquid to solid-liquid separation and purifying the resulting chemical product.
