Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing clean steel by means of the electric arc furnace dual smelting of full scrap steel, wherein electric arc furnaces of two stations are connected in series, the electric arc furnace of the first station serves as a dephosphorization electric arc furnace (1), and the electric arc furnace of the second station serves as a decarburization electric arc furnace (8). In the dephosphorization electric arc furnace (1), scrap steel (2) can be melted and then subjected to dephosphorization and carburization. The molten steel is poured into the decarburization electric arc furnace (8) by means of a steel ladle (7), and the decarburization electric arc furnace (8) internally conducts continuous slagging and deep dephosphorization. During a decarburization period, oxygen is sprayed into the molten steel by means of the amount of carbon added by the dephosporization electric arc furnace (1), a decarburization boiling operation is conducted, and [N], [H] and impurities in the molten steel can be deeply removed through generated CO bubbles, such that the molten steel has a high degree of cleanliness.
