Abstract:

A method for producing a coating film is provided which has high adhesion between the skin and the coating film formed by an electrostatic spray. This method for producing a coating film involves a solution application step for applying a solution containing one or more of water, polyols and oils that are in a liquid state at 20°C, and a electrostatic spray step for forming a coating film by electrostatically spraying a composition directly onto the skin; these two steps can be performed in that order or in reverse order. The aforementioned composition contains a component (a) and a component (b), below. (a) One or more volatile substances selected from the group consisting of water, alcohol and ketones. (b) A polymer that can form a coating film.
