Abstract:

The present invention provides a method for producing a cobalt alloy material. This method can comprise: a step (S2) for forming a kneaded body containing a starting material powder and a binder, wherein the starting material powder contains a powdery cobalt alloy and the kneaded body contains 0.01-1.0 mass% of boron relative to the total mass of the starting material powder; a step (S3) for forming a molded body by injection molding the kneaded body; and a step (S6) for sintering the molded body. In this connection, boron can be added to the powdery cobalt alloy in the form of a boron powder, or alternatively, boron can be contained in the powdery cobalt alloy from the beginning as one of the components.
