METHOD FOR PRODUCING COMB HONEY

Disclosed is a method for producing comb honey. The method comprises the steps of: 1. making a comb frame comprising a comb honey mould (110) and a frame (120) arranged in a rectangular shape, with a plurality of steel wires penetrating through the comb honey mould (110); 2. making a comb honey production box; 3. pressing a comb foundation against the steel wires in the comb honey mould (110); 4. putting a plurality of comb frames in the comb honey production box in the honey-secreting period; 5. in 3-4 days after step 4, opening a cover plate (270), checking the comb foundation, taking out comb frames with deformed comb foundation, and closing the cover plate (270); 6. in 8-20 days after step 5, opening the cover plate (270), checking the covering condition of honeycombs, and after the covering is completed, taking out the comb frames; and 7. scraping bee wax and propolis off the periphery of the comb honey mould so as to obtain comb honey of the same shape as the comb honey mould. The method can achieve production of comb honey of a unique shape, and is advantageous for increasing economic benefits.
