Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING COMPLEX DISPERSION IN OIL COMPRISING WATER-SOLUBLE COMPOUND AND LECITHIN
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/054704
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing technology for dispersing a water-soluble compound in oil that can be applied to pharmaceuticals. The present invention provides a method for producing a lecithin-water-soluble compound complex dispersion in oil, characterized by including (a) a step for mixing an oil-based base material in which lecithin is dissolved with an aqueous solution of a water-soluble compound, and (b) a step for subjecting the suspension obtained in step (a) to in-liquid drying and performing dehydration. The present invention increases the likelihood of application to pharmaceuticals in that, inter alia: lecithin, which is highly safe and presents no problems in terms of usage record and availability, is used as a surfactant; particle size can be controlled without needing a shearing step; and a complex dispersion can be produced with good reproducibility in a single cycle of in-liquid drying.
