Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing components of a gas turbine, in particular, an aircraft engine, by powder metallurgy injection moulding. In said injection moulding method, a metal powder is first mixed with a binding agent to form an homogeneous product, whereby at least one moulded body is then produced by injection moulding from said homogeneous product and whereby the or each moulded body is subjected to a binding agent removal process. The or each moulded body is then compacted by sintering to form at least one component with the desired geometric properties. According to said invention, the or each moulded body is placed in a powder product during sintering.
