Abstract:

Provided is a method for producing a composite film for laminated glasses which comprises a resin intermediate film and a plastic film, said method enabling the high-yield production of a composite film which does not cause the deterioration in appearance of a laminated glass when used in the laminated glass while ensuring smooth workability of the method. A method for producing a composite film that can be used as an intermediate adhesive layer in a laminated glass and comprises a resin intermediate film and a plastic film, said method comprising the steps of: supplying both the plastic film and the resin intermediate film between a first roll and a second roll each having a surface temperature of 25 to 50°C and then applying a pressure to the films to produce a laminate, wherein the plastic film is supplied onto the first roll, and the resin intermediate film is supplied onto the second roll while keeping the tensile force of the resin intermediate film at 0.04 to 0.4 N/cm; and supplying the laminate between a third roll and a fourth roll and then applying a pressure to the laminate to produce the composite film, wherein the surface temperature of the third roll is 60°C or higher and lower than the Tg of a resin contained in the plastic film, the surface temperature of the fourth roll is lower by 15 to 30°C than that of the third roll, and the laminate is supplied in such a manner that the plastic film is in contact with the third roll.
