Abstract:
A method for producing a conductive film according to the present invention comprises: a step for preparing a resin composition that includes a polyolefin resin and carbon black; a step for extruding the resin composition from a die of an extruder; and a step for winding the resin composition that has been extruded from the die with a winder that has a cooling roller, so as to obtain a conductive film, wherein the thickness of the conductive film, when measured at 100 positions at 1-cm intervals in the MD for three points along the TD for a total of 300 measurements, averages to not more than 200 μm, and exhibits a variation range as expressed by formula (1) of not more than 15%, and in a measurement of the change of the elongation viscosity of a columnar test piece constituted by the resin composition that is carried out in a state where the test piece is subjected to uniaxial stretch deformation at a prescribed strain rate by pulling both ends of the test piece, the difference between the logarithm of the elongation viscosity when the prescribed strain rate is 0.02(/s) and the logarithm of the elongation viscosity when the prescribed strain rate is 0.1(/s), at the point when 5 (s) have elapsed from the start of the measurement, is less than 0.5 (Pa·s).
