Abstract:
A solid electrolyte capacitor is obtained by a method that comprises obtaining a solution by dissolving a polymerizable material capable of becoming a conductive polymer in a water-soluble organic solvent; obtaining a sol by homogenizing the solution as it is being added to water; immersing a positive electrode body having a conductive layer at the surface in the sol; and subjecting the polymerizable material to electrolyte polymerization by applying voltage, with the positive electrode body serving as the positive electrode and a counter electrode disposed in the same sol serving as the negative electrode. An electrolytic polymer solution for producing a conductive polymer is formed from a polymerizable material capable of becoming a conductive polymer, water, and a water-soluble organic solvent.
