Abstract:
A method for producing a corrugated cardboard (10) by shaping a large number of
corrugations (16, 17) on a base paper (21) for core in predetermined wave line
directions (D1, D2) thereby forming at least a pair of corrugated cores (13, 14),
arranging the corrugated cores (13, 14) between a surface liner (11) and a backside
liner (12) while superimposing them such that the wave line directions (D1, D2)
intersect each other, and then bonding them, wherein at least a pair of corrugated
cores (13, 14) are formed by shaping the corrugations (16, 17) such that the wave
line directions (D1, D2) incline against the edge (21a) of the base paper (21)
for core at different angles, and then the corrugated cores (13, 14) are superimposed
with the edges (21a) aligned and bonded.
