Abstract:
A method for producing a salt of an amine and a cyanoalkenylcyclopropanecarboxylic acid, comprising: a first step for mixing in an organic solvent a carboxylic acid compound represented by formula (2C) with at least one amine selected from the group consisting of primary amines and secondary amines; a second step for precipitating a salt of said amine and a cyanoalkenylcyclopropanecarboxylic acid represented by general formula (2) from the mixture obtained in the first step; and a third step for collecting said salt precipitated in the second step.
In formulae (2C) and (2), R represents an optionally substituted alkyl group or a halogen atom.
