Abstract:
This method for producing a dielectric material is characterized by comprising: a preparation step of preparing a slurry by mixing a dielectric powder, water, an organic acid metal salt, and an alkoxysilane represented by general formula (1), said organic acid metal salt being a metal salt of at least one type of organic acid selected from the group consisting of a monocarboxylic acid having six or more carbon atoms, dicarboxylic acid, polyvalent carboxylic acid having a valence of three or more, and hydroxy carboxylic acid; and a drying step of drying the slurry to obtain a dielectric powder.
