Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing dyed polyester fibers, wherein scouring and dyeing of fibers can be carried out in a single bath when unscoured or insufficiently scoured polyester fibers are dyed with a disperse dye. The method for producing dyed polyester fibers can suppress the formation of specks of the disperse dye, thereby suppressing soiling of a dyed product or contamination of the drum of the dyeing machine.
Specifically disclosed is a method for producing dyed polyester fibers, wherein scouring and dyeing of raw material polyester fibers are carried out in a single bath which contains a nonionic surfactant (A) that is represented by general formula (1), an anionic surfactant (B) that is represented by general formula (2) and a disperse dye.
