Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING EXOSOMES AND EXOSOMES OBTAINED THEREBY
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/142853
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for causing exosomes to contain an arbitrary protein, lipid, carbohydrate, or nucleic acid. The above problem can be solved by a method for producing exosomes that includes (a) a step for adding a biological toxin having perforation activity to a medium that contains cells and incubating, (b) a step for adding ATP and incubating, and (c) a step for adding a medium that contains a calcium ion and incubating.
