METHOD FOR PRODUCING EXTRACTS FROM MATERIALS AND DEVICE FOR REALIZING SAME

The purpose of the present invention is to produce extracts from materials and relates to an extraction method that comprises heating an extraction agent, preliminarily subjecting the raw material to extraction on heatable rollers, impregnating the raw material with the extraction agent and carrying out the extraction. The impregnation and the extraction of the raw material are carried out in a vacuum-pulse mode according to cycles that comprise heating using a gaseous heat carrier and generating vacuum in a mode ensuring a quick vacuum-pulse action with gradual and multi-fold pressure reduction, subsequently maintaining the same under vacuum until the mixture temperature is stabilized, and canceling the vacuum at the end of the cycle that comprises feeding the heated gaseous heat carrier into the extraction chamber. The device includes an endless-screw dosing unit, a vessel for the extraction agent, heatables rollers, one or two extractors connected with a dephlegmator and an extract collector connected together, and with a receiver connected to a vacuum pump, bubblers mounted in the lower portion of the extractors and connected with a system for feeding the gaseous heat carrier, additional receivers including vacuum pumps and mounted in parallel with the first receiver and connected to inlets of the extractors. The technical result is an increase in the output of extracted substances and in their quality.
