Abstract:
Disclosed is a rapid and efficient method for producing false eyelashes which can be easily attached and do not shift or become detached during wearing. The production method includes a step of supplying a base comprising an ultra-thin flat surface having an adhesive layer formed on the rear surface thereof; a step of supplying adhesive which forms an adhesion layer on the front surface of the base; a step of affixing hair material to the adhesive; and a step of drying the adhesive. The drying step causes the adhesive to form an adhesion layer while the base remains in a two-dimensional shape. If the base (1) is to be made into a three-dimensional shape, the hair material (3) is affixed while the adhesive forming the adhesion layer (4) is in a semi-dried state, and the drying step produces the three-dimensional shape. The hair material (3) is securely affixed to the adhesion layer while remaining in a linear arrangement on the base (1), and therefore it is possible to rapidly and efficiently produce false eyelashes with the hair material (3) remaining in an orderly aligned state.
