METHOD FOR PRODUCING FAR-INFRARED FIBRE/BAMBOO FIBRE/COTTON BLENDED YARNS

Disclosed is a method for producing far-infrared fibre/bamboo fibre/cotton blended yarns, the method comprising the steps of: 1) mixing and processing the far-infrared fibres and the bamboo fibres : far-infrared fibres and bamboo fibres are mixed and then processed by means of a gill pin dual-roller opener, an elevated hopper, a carding machine and a drawing frame, and finally slivers of mixed far-infrared fibres and bamboo fibres are obtained; 2) processing cotton fibres: cotton fibres are processed by means of a plucker, a blender, a six-roller opener, a multi-bin mixer, a porcupine opener, a hopper feeder, a lap machine, the carding machine, the drawing frame, a sliver lap machine and a combing machine to obtain cotton-fibre slivers; 3) slivers of mixed far-infrared fibres and bamboo fibres, and cotton-fibre slivers passing through a three-channel drawing frame, the carding machine, a spinning frame and a winding machine in sequence to obtain the far-infrared fibre/bamboo fibre/cotton blended yarns. The far-infrared fibre/bamboo fibre/cotton blended yarns produced by means of the method have advantages such as yarn evenness, a low single yarn strength CV value and less yarn hairiness.
