Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing a fermented material using complex lactic acid bacteria derived from the human body, Lactobacillus rhamnosus HK-9 and Lactobacillus paracasei HS-05, and to a functional cosmetic composition containing the fermented material and having antioxidative and skin whitening activities. The hot-water extract of the lactic acid bacteria derived from the human body, Lactobacillus rhamnosus HK-9 and Lactobacillus paracasei HS-05, and the fermented material of Scutellaria baicalensis using the strains exhibited high antioxidative and skin whitening activities, and elute more bioactive substances and effective materials, thereby providing the maximum effect using an even small amount and thus being economically favorable.
