Abstract:
This method for producing a FRP molded body, which is suitable for the production of a thick FRP molded body, comprises a process wherein: a reinforcing fiber substrate is arranged in the cavity of a mold so that the lamination direction of fiber sheets (sheet lamination direction) is horizontal; a resin is injected into the cavity in the antigravitational direction from an injection port that is positioned below the reinforcing fiber substrate arranged in the cavity so that the reinforcing fiber substrate is impregnated with the resin; and a pressure in the sheet lamination direction is applied to the reinforcing fiber substrate, which has been impregnated with the resin, so that the resin impregnated in the reinforcing fiber substrate is cured.
