Abstract:
A fish roe paste production apparatus 10 is provided with: a flow path formation section 72 which forms a flow path 70 through which a fish roe paste can be conveyed in a thinly spread state; at least two areas 56 and 58 to be imaged, which are respectively arranged in the upper surface 72a and the lower surface 72b of the flow path formation section 72 and each of which is made from a material through which given visible light or ultraviolet ray can pass; at least two image-taking sections 50 and 60 for performing an imaging processing, which are respectively arranged at positions where images of the above-mentioned at least two areas 56 and 58 can be taken; an inspection section 40 for performing an inspection processing; and a removal section 80 for performing a removal treatment, which is arranged on the downstream side of a conveyance direction 100 in the flow path formation section 72.
