Abstract:
Disclosed are: a method for producing a fixed material, in which a dry toner containing a dye can be electrostatically transferred onto a base material such as a cloth satisfactorily by means of an electrophotographic process or the like; a method for producing a dye-printed material; a fixing apparatus; and a dye-printing system. The method for producing a dye-printed material comprises the steps of: providing at least one dry toner comprising a dye component and a binder resin on an electrically charged material; transferring the dry toner from the electrically charged material onto a base material; and fixing the dry toner to the base material. In the transfer step, an electrical field is applied between the electrically charged material and the base material to cause the dry toner provided on the electrically charged material to fly from the electrically charged material onto the base material.
