Abstract:
The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a fixedly insert-type pipe connecting apparatus with which pipes can be both connected and separated, the method allowing the unit cost of production to be significantly reduced. The method is for producing a fixedly insert-type pipe connecting apparatus comprising a central part, primary expansions, and secondary expansions, the diameters of which increase stepwise from the middle section to the ends, the method in order to attain the goal according to the present invention comprising: a step for fixing a steel pipe having a set diameter in upper and lower molds; a primary expansion step for forming the central part in the steel pipe by inserting a first expansion core into the interior of the steel pipe; a secondary expansion step for forming the primary expansions and secondary expansions by inserting a secondary expansion core into the steel pipe which has been primarily expanded; a step for inserting a jaw tapers into the interior of the secondary expansions of the steel pipe; machining so as to bend the ends of the secondary expansions, into which the jaw taper has been inserted, by applying pressure to the steel pipe with a core for machining a bend; inserting parts sets, for insert-coupling a pipe, sequentially into the steel pipe to which a bend has been machined; and coupling snap rings on the jaw tapers so as to prevent the parts sets from slipping out.
