Abstract:
FLAVORING AGENT
Provided are a method for producing a flavoring agent, which is economically advantageous, can impart a flavor possessed by a flavoring material to a food or drink, and can be extracted to yield a high titer, and the flavoring agent. The method for producing a flavoring agent is characterized by comprising a step for mixing a flavoring material with a solvent, which shows a specific solubility parameter, and extracting the flavor component possessed by the flavoring material under elevated pressure.
