Abstract:
A method for producing a flexible pipe comprising a step for forming a conduit by winding a long material having a substantially S-shaped cross-section spirally around the outer circumference of a shaft becoming a basic material while overlapping the upper and lower parts partially and, at the same time, placing a wire sequentially in the spiral groove parts being formed between the upper and lower parts on the inner surface side of the conduit, and a step for removing the shaft from the inside of the conduit. A flexible pipe harming wires inserted there through can be produced utilizing the groove parts being formed in the process for producing the flexible pipe effectively.
