Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing α-fluoroether starting from an inactivated chloride. Disclosed is a method for producing a compound represented by formula (3), the method comprising step A in which a compound represented by formula (1) is reacted with a compound represented by formula (2) in the presence of an iodide. (In the formulas, M1 is a cation, R1 is an alkyl group optionally having at least one substituent, an alkoxy group optionally having at least one substituent, or an aryl group optionally having at least one substituent, R2 and R3 are each independently a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group optionally having at least one substituent, or an aryl group optionally having at least one substituent, R4 is an alkyl group optionally having at least one substituent, an alkenyl group optionally having at least one substituent, or -L-R41 (in the formula, L is a single bond, an alkylene, -(alkylene)-O-, -CH=CH-, -C(=CH2)-, -C≡C-, -C(=O)-, -C(=O)-O-, or -C(=O)-O-(alkylene)-, and R41 is an aryl group optionally having at least one substituent, a heteroaryl group optionally having at least one substituent, or a non-aromatic heterocyclic group optionally having at least one substituent), and any two of R2, R3, and R4 may form a ring together with carbon atoms to which they are attached.)
