The present invention relates to: a method for producing frozen pizza dough; frozen pizza dough produced by the production method; and frozen pizza comprising the dough. The method comprises the steps of: aging a first dough to produce a second dough, and mixing the first dough and the second dough; resting the mixed dough; proofing the rested dough; and freezing the proofed dough.
