Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing a composition containing an amorphous fructooligosaccharide, the composition being easy to handle in a stable manner due to having stable physical properties and low hygroscopicity, and being characterized in that a predetermined ratio of crystalline nystose is added to and mixed with an amorphous fructooligosaccharide.
