Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method for producing a fulvic acid solution having a quite different composition from those of the conventional ones. [Solution] A method for producing a fulvic acid solution according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a device provision step of providing a treatment device, wherein the treatment device is equipped with an air-tight container having a closable treatment space therein, a steam ejection means for ejecting high-temperature high-pressure steam into the air-tight container, a supply unit having an openable mechanism and capable of supplying a raw material into the air-tight container, and a discharge unit having an openable mechanism and capable of discharging a treated solution produced by the treatment of the raw material with the steam to the outside; a raw material introduction step of introducing a raw material containing wood material chips as the main component into the treatment space in the air-tight container in the treatment device through the supply unit; a steam introduction step of introducing steam having a temperature of 120 to 250°C and a pressure of 12 to 35 atm into the treatment space into which the raw material has been introduced; a treatment step of stirring the raw material while introducing the steam to perform a sub-critical water reaction treatment of the raw material; a solution acquisition step of cooling after the treatment step to obtain a solution containing fulvic acid and humic acid; and a fulvic acid solution acquisition step of separating humic acid and fulvic acid from the obtained solution to obtain a fulvic acid solution.
