Abstract:
A method for producing gallic acid, comprising the following steps: adding a tannin-containing plant crushed material to a solvent to obtain a concentrated solution containing tannic acid; adjusting the pH of the obtained concentrated solution to 3.0-7.0 by using an alkaline substance; adding tannase to the concentrated solution for hydrolysis reaction; then adding an acidic substance to adjust the pH to 1.0-3.0; cooling, crystallizing, and filtering to obtain a crude gallic acid product; heating and dissolving the obtained crude gallic acid product in purified water, and adding activated carbon to obtain a decolorized filtrate; transferring the obtained filtrate into a crystallization kettle, cooling and crystallizing, and centrifugally filtering to obtain a wet product; and drying the obtained wet product material to obtain a final gallic acid finished product having high conversion rate and high purity.
