Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing a plant gel comprising a plant as a raw material. The plant gel, according to the present invention, compared to a general plant powder dispersion liquid, exhibits excellent dispersion stability even without the addition of a dispersing agent or a stabilizer, does not undergo layer separation even when left for a long period, and may enable flowability control by being a gel-type, and thus has a merit of excellent usability. In addition, the plant gel, according to the present invention, has excellent processing efficiency in that, even without individual extraction and fractionation processes for each plant type, as is the case for conventional plant extract compositions, a gel-type composition using a plant powder as a raw material may be produced through the same, across-the-board process applying to various plant types.
