Abstract:
Proposed is a method for producing a grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet wherein, when the grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet is produced by hot-rolling a steel slab that does not contain an inhibitor forming component, cold-rolling the same, performing primary recrystallisation annealing alongside decarburisation annealing, applying an annealing separation agent, and carrying out a finishing anneal in which secondary recrystallisation is performed: using a tandem rolling mill and with an overall draught of 80% or more, final cold rolling for cold-rolling the sheet to a final sheet thickness, together with warm rolling at a temperature of 150-280°C, is performed with an increase in the pass line length of the steel sheet between stands such that, if the distance between the stands is L(m), the steel sheet speed of passing between said stands is V(mpm), and the pass time during which the steel sheet passes between said stands is T(min), then any inter-stand pass time T satisfies T ≧ 1.3 × L / V. Furthermore, cold rolling equipment using said method is provided.
