Abstract:
The present invention provides: a grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet which exhibits good working accuracy during a roll-up process, while maintaining excellent magnetic characteristics; and a method for producing this grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet. With respect to this method for producing a grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet, wherein a grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet is obtained by sequentially subjecting a steel material for grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheets to a specific hot rolling, to two or more times of cold rolling with process annealing sandwiched therebetween, to decarburization annealing, and to finish annealing after application of an annealing separator to the surface, the highest temperature T1 (°C) reached during the first cold rolling, the highest temperature T2 (°C) reached during the second cold rolling, the total reduction R1 (%) by the first cold rolling, the total reduction R2 (%) by the second cold rolling, and the average heating rate H1 (°C/h) from 50°C to 1000°C and the average heating rate H2 (°C/h) from 1000°C to ((the highest temperature reached) - 50°C) in finish annealing satisfy formulae (1) to (6).
