Abstract:
A method for producing a heat exchanger in which a plurality of tubes (9) and a corrugated fin (10) are layered is provided with: a forming step in which a corrugated fin (10) having large curve sections (13) and small curve sections (14) that curve at differing angles of curvature is formed; a layering step in which the tubes (9) and the formed corrugated fin (10) are layered; and an assembly step in which the tubes (9) are pressed in the layering direction, the corrugated fin (10) is compressed, and the corrugated fin (10) and the tubes (9) are assembled while in a state in which the angles of curvature of the large curve sections (13) are reduced and the angles of curvature of the small curve sections (14) are increased.
