Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of caprolactam production. Disclosed is a method for producing high-purity ε-caprolactam. The method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out a gas-phase Beckmann rearrangement reaction on cyclohexanone oxime; (2) sequentially carrying out gas-liquid separation, solvent removal and lightweight impurity removal on the reaction product obtained in step (1) to obtain crude caprolactam; (3) crystallizing the crude caprolactam to obtain a crystallization product and a crystallization mother liquor; and (4) crystallizing the crystallization mother liquor to obtain a crystal slurry; and returning at least part of the crystal slurry to step (2) and/or step (3). According to the purification method of the present invention, high-purity caprolactam is obtained only by means of one crystallization and one mother liquor crystallization on the premise that the overall yield of caprolactam is not reduced; in addition, the method provided in the present invention can effectively solve the problem of product quality fluctuation.
