Abstract:
Provided according to one embodiment of the present disclosure is a method for producing a hollow fiber membrane provided with a step of laminating a filtration layer on the outer circumference of a tubular support layer having polytetrafluoroethylene as a major component thereof and having a fibrous skeleton. The lamination step is provided with a step of winding a strip in a spiral configuration on the outer circumference side of the support layer, wherein the strip has polytetrafluoroethylene as the major component thereof and has a fibrous skeleton, and a step of firing the strip wound in the winding step. The winding step and firing step are carried out repetitively in the indicated sequence at least twice.
